Elliott Projects will provide construction quality assurance and specification compliance via its long-established Clerk of Works team.

All of our Clerks of Works are experienced professionals (Construction Manager, Post Contract Surveyor, M&E Specialist etc) who have changed careers later in their professional lives in order to ensure their experience can be applied to the quality of what is being built on behalf of our clients.

All of our Clerks of Works are full members of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (MICWCI).  Because of their backgrounds, they work collaboratively and constructively with contractors to ensure both quality and compliance of the finished product.

Increasingly we find that in the absence of good old fashioned ‘finishing foremen ’ on site,  the role of the Clerk of Works has proved much needed if the required quality is to be achieved.
