OUR HISTORY
“Elliotts” were established in 1988 by Founding Partner Tony Elliott FRICS FCIOB. In 2000 David Pearson FRICS FCIOB FRSA took up the role of Managing Partner upon Tony‘s retirement. The business has continued to flourish despite weathering what is acknowledged as one of the longest recessions on record. This has only been possible because our team has ensured that our services remain cost effective, collaborative and, most importantly, relevant to the ever-changing marketplace and, of course, the continued support of our many and long-standing clients.
We have every confidence in Elliott Associates’ ability to deliver bespoke projects within tight timescales and to budget.
Elliott Associates have worked with us on our Housing Corp / HCA funded programmes for the last 30 years, providing the highest level of service and consistent delivery. We look forward to continuing this relationship for the next 30 years.

The wide range of services provided by these two specialist Chartered consultancies are delivered by an experienced, enthusiastic and committed team of professionals who will take the time to fully understand and absorb our clients‘ needs and aspirations.
Our success is based on repeat business. It‘s a matter of considerable pride that we are still working on a daily basis with our original client from 1988.
We welcome the opportunity to work on projects ranging in value from £250,000 to £100,000,000. We have a track record to demonstrate this range.
Whilst the majority of our commissions are located in the north east and north west, key clients take us as far as the south coast or up into the southern highlands of Scotland in order to ensure a consistency of service across their project delivery.
