Cheshire Junction

Elliott Associates are undertaking the Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor role on behalf of High Street Residential for a Private Rental Scheme (PRS) including 362 apartments, commercial areas and a multi-storey car park.

The project is being delivered via the Developer on a turnkey basis with two End Users including Cording Real Estate Group. The project has commenced on site with site remediation including the removal of existing ground beams. A complex foundation solution, extensive steel frame, unique cladding materials, green walls, neighbouring mainline train station, strict funding and delivery targets makes this project one of the biggest and complex projects Elliott Associates have delivered.

Elliott Associates took the main role in negotiating and agreeing on contract terms with three Parties against a limited timescale dictated by Brexit. The project is being delivered balancing the requirements of the build contract with the requirements of a bespoke Funding and Development Agreement. On a large and complex project with numerous Parties, coordination, communication and teamwork is key to the success of this project.

The project is currently on programme and under contract sum. Our PRS experience has developed over our 30+ year history and in particular more recent years, we now have completed or are in the process of completing over 1,500 PRS dwellings for various Clients and End Users.
