ABOUT THE PROJECT

Newcastle College Renewable Energy Academy

A new educational training facility comprising of the refurbishment of an existing
industrial facility and construction of new internal and ancillary accommodation
external works, drainage and mains services.

The facility is approximately 2,799m2 (gross internal floor area) inclusive of new
workshop space as well as classrooms, welfare and catering facilties.
