Westhaven

Westhaven is a new build 52 bed residential care facility, specifically designed to provide care of the elderly and end of life care. It is located on the site of a previous Minster Care Group facility deemed no longer suitable following over 60 years of use.  All 52 bedrooms include ensuite toilet and shower facilities. Each of the three floors has the provision of a dayspace lounge and separate dining room.

There is a garden to the rear of the property which includes raised flower beds, patio areas and walkways, specifically designed for elderly residents.

Following its completion, Westhaven was a finalist in the LABC North West Building Excellence Awards 2017 and also voted as a top 20 care home in North West England at the ‘The carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards 2018’.
